'The TV signal cannot be configured because no tuner hardware was detected.' I am Running Windows Vista Home Premium and when I go into Media Center and select 'Set Up TV', Media Center Says: WHY CAN’T MEDIA CENTER RECOGNISE MY TV TUNER CARD?
